- All design files (DXF, CDR, SVG, etc.) are delivered instantly via direct download links after purchase or free access.
- Since our products are digital, there is no physical shipping involved.
- You will also receive the files in your registered email for easy access.
Exchange Policy
- Due to the digital nature of our files, exchanges of purchased files are not possible.
- If you experience issues such as corrupted files, wrong format, or incomplete downloads, please contact our support team, and we will provide a corrected version promptly.
- In case of accidental duplicate purchases, you may request assistance from our support team.
